Welcome to a fun, intense and challenging workout to start your day. Bootcamp runs at 5:30am Monday through Friday and is designed to be a full-body workout that is accessible to beginners, yet is challenging enough for experienced athletes looking for some conditioning.

Workouts consist of body weight workouts with some basic dumbbell and kettlebell movements mixed in. Every workout will be new and different so there won’t be any fear of going to the gym and doing the “same old” workout.

Meagan and Gene take turns instructing, coaching and being DJ every morning. With that mix you can count on getting the best Bootcamp in town!
