The 2 best things about training at GTX are being able to help clients achieve and exceed their goals and the people I get to work for (the clients) and with (Kory, Mike, Shaun and all of our excellent trainers). I’ve been an athlete basically my whole life, competition was one of my favorite things from as far back as I can remember. I’ve had a chance to compete in a large variety of sports at a high level and with great coaches. One of the reasons I love training and coaching at GTX is to pass on a little of the knowledge I’ve been lucky enough to gain from past coaches and fellow competitors.
Whether your goal is weight loss, looking and/or feeling better, completing your first triathlon or competing at the highest levels I (and all the trainers at GTX) can design a program to help you achieve your goals in the shortest time and have fun doing it.
Current Certifications: Certified personal trainer, CrossFit Level 1, HKC kettlebell certified, USAW weightlifing level 1, Concept 2 Rowing, Fitness Nutrition.
Sport/Coaching experience: National champion in Flatwater Canoeing, Collegiate athlete track and swimming, coached swimming at the college level, currently concentrating on CrossFit and triathlon training.
