Open Gym:  Athletes should use this time to work on elusive skills (Le. muscle-ups, double-unders, pistols, chest-to-bar pull-ups, toes-to-bar, ring dips, etc.) and perform basic lifts (Squats, Presses, Deadlifts, etc.). Also, athletes can work on their mobility or make up a missed workout. Do not attempt lifts that you’re not proilcient In-especially the olympic lifts. Come with a plan. Warm up thoroughly on your own and train smart. Coaches are present for questions. Finally. please be considerate of all others using the gym during Open Gym and be sure to leave the gym cleaner than you found ft. Thank you
