- 25 Front Squats (135/95)
- 25 HR Push Ups
- 500m Row
- 25 Power Cleans (135/95)
- 25 HR Push Ups

Thursday
SWOD- 20 Minutes to build to today’s heavy single of: 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch
WOD- 20 Minute AMRAP
- 800m Run
- 200m Farmers Walk (you choose the load)

Friday
SWOD- OTM Back Squat 10x2 @ 65% (goal is to move the weight as fast as possible with good form)
WOD- For Time
40-30-20-10
- Air Squats
- Sit Ups
