That is a phrase that pretty accurately describes the workout ladies can get when talking about this class. All ages, sizes and shapes are welcome in Women’s Group (if you want to stay in shape during a pregnancy we’ve got lots of experience in this group). You will find a fun mixture of strength, endurance, agility and flexibility in these classes. If you are looking for a supportive and fun group to help you with weight loss, conditioning or strength building Women’s Group will work. All of the workouts can be scaled and/or customized to fit your abilities and goals.

The movements are generally fairly simple (calisthenics and basic kettlebell and/or dumbbell movements) but the results show that you don’t have to get fancy to achieve your goals. Just put in the effort.
